| Konbu is an exclusive style of Pan-Asian dining in Buckhurst, Essex, bringing the best of the Far East home to England. It’s about eating, drinking and sharing together in a cool sophisticated setting. You can order as many or as few of our small grazing dishes as you want. Each and every plate is infused with the delicious tastes of the Orient, including the Wild Chilean Sea Bass speciality, served with spicy miso. For a special treat, you can also watch your food being prepared from a ringside seat around the Theatre Kitchen.
